Shelby Johnson’s hearing continued to Nov. 29, 1:30 p.m.
 
Johnson  was originially arrested/charged with Murder, Child Abuse and Aggravated endangerment of her 7 month-old child, Jesslinn. The Coroner said the infant’s death was due to acute skull fracture with  intracranial swelling after the April 1, 2018 incident.
   
Johnson is wearing a GPS which is readable in Sumner, Cowley and Sedgwick Counties.  Her attorney asked for those counties because her doctor is in Wichita, with a due date for a baby set for Nov. 9;  Cowley where she is currently residing and is enrolled in online classes to complete her schooling.
 
Kerwin Spencer is representing the State in the case, with the continuance date set for Thursday, November 29, 1:30 p.m.
